On December 28, 2009, Judge Laura Taylor Swain appointed Cohen Milstein as co-lead counsel in In re Bear Stearns Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Litigation. The NJ Carpenters Health Fund and Mississippi PERS were appointed Co-Lead Plaintiffs.
